Yesterday I received my copy of the new book, Traders At Work: How the Worlds Most Successful Traders Make Their Living in the Markets , written by Tim Bourquin of Traderinterviews.com.

It’s an honor to be included among the 16 traders interviewed for this book (I’m chapter 14).

When Tim interviewed me I thought he’d want to hear about trading psychology. But the interview is really more about my own style of trading – with some market psychology thrown in for good measure.

I’ve only read a few chapters so far, but the first thing that jumps out at me is the many different approaches to the market and the importance of finding yourself.  Not just matching your method to your personality, but knowing your capabilities and your limits, understanding who you are as a trader and your place in the market.

Highly recommend you read it; lots of little nuggets of wisdom from the trenches.
